Health Camps - 2011

As part of the Corporate Social Responsibility, Akkineni International Foundation started the medical camp in the home town of Dr. ANR, Ramapuram, Near Gudivada last year in 2010. This year this camp facilities were extended to the employees and family members of Annapurna Studios and AP film industry employee's federation, in association with Sunshine Hospitals, Sai Oral Health foundation and LV Prasad Eye institute.

In all there were 654 registrations and they were screened for the General Health checkup, Cardiac, breathing, Gyneac, orthopedics, Eye, Dental etc.

The super specialists from Sunshine Hospitals were present during the health camp who extended their services to the patients who require the necessary consultations.

Sunshine SAFE* cards sponsored by the Akkineni International Foundation, with Privilege cards to the deserving 500 employees of the federation were distributed. S.A.F.E card is a specially designed comprehensive Accident Insurance Hospitalization Scheme in association with the Oriental Insurance Company Ltd., covering medical expenses for the treatment of injuries due to any accident like Road Traffic Accident, Industrial Accidents and Domestic Accidents. LV Prasad conducted the 'Eye Screening' for Annapurna studio employees and their family members. Upon screening the patients were prescribed spectacles and were distributed free of cost to them.

ANR Foundation's Health Camp for Film Workers

Health camp organized at Annapurna studios for the benefit of the employees of AP film industry employee's federation and their family members.

As part of the Corporate Social Responsibility, Annapurna studio's Akkineni International Foundation in association with Sunshine Hospitals, Sai Oral Health foundation and LV Prasad Eye institute conducted free medical and health camp for the benefit of Employees who are working for AP film industry employee's federation and their family members.

During the camp the employees and their family members were screened for the following, General Health checkup, Cardiac Health check, Pulmonology, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Eye and Dental.
